In 2024 Fightback proposed a number of motions for ambitious demands to shape our log of claims through the democratic structures of our union. Thanks to your hard work, dozens of branches carried motions for 10+% p.a. pay, double non-contact time (NCT), NCT parity for primary and special schools with high schools, 15 days' sick leave and more.
